Diagnose is free and includes the NIS2 quick scan, the coverage check, the standards library and the free courses. After that you license the apps you need, per app, from € 750 per user per year, or € 75 per month if you pay monthly. That includes the reporting duty with reporting clock (Incident), the asset register (Asset) and contract management. All amounts exclude VAT.
Yes, per regular user per app. Licences are only for those regular users: auditees, board members and action owners take part without one. An audit function of a few people should not get more expensive as more colleagues read along.
Because scale differs: a municipality filing an ENSIA statement needs something other than a two-person audit function. The 'from' price is the minimum an app costs per user per year, without customisation. There is no calculator; we work out what the apps you choose cost in a single conversation.

You choose: annually or monthly. An annual licence is invoiced in advance and costs ten months, so € 750 against € 75 per month when paid monthly. Senior guidance is added by the day and is never mandatory.
