2. Review and guidance by Audirium
We assess the results, validate the scoring and translate findings into a concrete implementation plan. This delivers both a baseline and a readiness assessment: a clear picture of where you stand and what is needed for the formal EQA.
3. Formal EQA
Well-prepared, with demonstrable evidence and a structured improvement trajectory behind you, you enter the external quality review with confidence. Preparation is internal: quality speaks for itself.
Structural quality assurance
After the EQA, the work continues. Annual QAIP self assessments keep your quality position current. And through the online audit tools, Audirium reviews your audits per phase: from planning to reporting: so quality is embedded in the team's day-to-day work.
